Comparing Assyria's Royal Library to Poland's Ducal Stables

Do we have confirmation that Assyria's libraries give double the science of the regular library? I'm convinced this is not the case - it would be insanely overpowered and would make the rest of their uniques completely redundant.

Yeah, I think that was the last status that we know of.

Basically, it's a library with a masterwork slot that gives XP when that slot is filled. It's not very powerful, but it's enough to convince the Assyrian player to build libraries, which otherwise he doesn't need.
