Complete Ini File

Hi -- Would anyone know where to find the .ini file in Civ complete.
I did a search on *.ini, got one for every unit available and for conquests, but nothing for the main civilization.
I need to change the resolution requirement because the darn game doesn't run at 1280 x 720.
Although, I did change add KeepRes=1 to the conquest ini file and it wouldn't start anyway.

It will be in C:/Program Files/Atari/Civilization III/Conquests, and named conquests.ini. Complete is essentially everything, but when you play, you use Conquests. Did you add "KeepRes=1" character for charcter in that line and then saved it?
