Computer Crashed to Desktop while playing Aoe2. Now, despite several hard resets, search, and the windows button in my task bar doesn't work?!

Win10.

It is still there, and my pinned application launch.. but I can't search, and I can't hit the windows symbol and scroll through installed programs. Can't open "notifications" either.

Everything else is functioning normally.

I have reset, shutdown, left overnight.. still nothing.

Can anyone please help me?

Does reset mean restart? In Windows 10, shutdown does not clear memory or the kernel because of MS fast start. A full restart is required.
