Confirm File Deletion

Here's my problem, it all began about a month ago when for some reason I decided to uninstall Civ3. Immediately I saw that I couldn't uninstall it; so I decided to Remove it manually. I removed all the files and wiped the Registry clean from any Civ3 registries. Now that I try to to reinstall the game I get the message " Confirm File Deletion" I click OK, and it seems to be uninstalling. When it is done I try to Reinstall Civ3 again and I get the same message. So I'm hoping anybody has a solution.

I'm in the same troubles ... it happens to me exactly the same ... but all is startde after the installation (and unistallation) of the patch.

I hope someone could help us.
