Conquest on Diplo?

Sorry if I'm being dumb or if this is already talked about.

If in the game set up, I turn off all victory conditions except diplomatic, then I go on and kill everyone, what will happen?

Hmm...I don't think it would let you win until you built the U.N. and voted for yourself.

Can Conquest be turned off as a victory condition? I know Domination can but I think Conquest is always enabled.

If you turn off Conquest, and you conquer the world, a dead civ can always win Histograph if they did well enough early on, although this situation is extremely rare. Histograph is the only one that can't be turned off.
