conquests patch help

Just wanted to know is conquests v1.22 patch compatible with European version of game or is it just for American version. Im talking about the one in the civfanatics patch centre- http://www.civfanatics.com/civ3/patches/ and what does mirror 1, mirror 2 mean

Yes, it's compatible. Unlike Play The World, there are no regional patches. Just one patch for all, with a language option.

Mirror 1 and Mirror 2 are different sites that are set up with the same files, so as to be able to d/l the file from an alternate source if the main one is busy or unavailable.
