Consistency Plea: Governor Instructions

People of Fanatikos,

I have recently contacted all governors in the hopes that we can follow a consistent protocol for Game Session Instructions. Using this format will make it much easier for the DP to follow Governor instructions to the letter.

I have also added a contingency that, while not specified by law, will allow the governors to defer to Presidential/DP assistance to keep a city from rioting or to remove the "one shield off" production issue during a game session.

While this MM initiative may seem like a power grab for the Executive office, it is important to realize that the Governor chooses this option of his own free will. Governors are still making the call, but only to request outside assistance for unforeseen events.

I just wanted to make this public, so that everyone can see our government in action. Please post any concerns you may have.

NOTE: For tile micromanagement, I will be glad to offer my services to optimize your cities if you do not have the time or desire to do so. In those cases, just leave the following instruction under the MM section:

I entrust the President or DP with MM duties to correct unforeseen events that may affect the well-being or productiveness of my city.
