I have been back playing Civ4 BTS for about 8 weeks now and it has been great! This forum has helped me with a number of questions Ive had since rediscovering the game. However, I could not find the answer to the following:
I am wondering what file and location toggles on WorldBuilder when playing with a mod? I have been playing some mods I downloaded years ago, and I have a problem with one of them where I am unable to access World Builder or the console. In this particular mod, WorldBuilder is not available on the main menu and is not activated upon the related key commend. In addition, when I activate debug mode, I am unable to access the console.
