Constant Errors with Civ V and Steam

I uninstalled all Steam software and all games because of constant graphics errors with Civ V, Now unable to access Steam Account because of New E-Mail Address. Old E-Mail Address is broken Beyond Repair because of unknown Hotmail Error, I have no way to recover my old E-Mail Address, So now I cannot recieve E-Mails from Steam with my old E-Mail Address, I do not know how to Recover Steam Account now, Steam thinks I installed Software on a new Computer when I did not, unable to get around problem, Now unable to Recover any Games I have with Steam because of this problem, Please Help.
Old E-Mail Address: andrewjcaspermeyer@hotmail.com - Broken, Unable to Access E-mail Address.
New E-Mail Address: andrewjohncaspermeyer@hotmail.com - Working fine, Able to Access E-Mail Address.

I will never understand why the hell anyone ever posts their e-mail address on a forum post.

E-mail Steam support calmly explaining your situation and they will probably help you (it may take a few days to get a reply though).

I'm guessing you forgot your password , since you don't need your e-mail address to log in.

I have fixed the problem, I just created a new Steam Account, and all is well, thanks for all your help in this matter.
