Our constitution may be found here.

This amendment deals with Article F of the Fanatikese Constitution.

It would specifically add following to Article F:

F.2. The Justice of the Court may preside over Public Investigations of elected officials. All decisions of innocence or guilt must decided by a fair poll of the populace. If a person is delcared guilty, the punishment must be decided by the populace in a fair poll. The option of removal from office of a public official, and the option of complete banishment from the nation, may be presented as a valid punishments in appropriate cases. The Justice of the Court shall break all ties in these polls.

Note that there currently is not an Article F.2.

This poll shall be open for seven days. At that point, if it has reached quorum, the constitutional shall be amended. A minimum of 13 votes in the affirmitive is required to pass this proposal.

I say it could be still improved with something that would allow the Justice to impeach the President when he uses too much power.

I vote no beacuse this ammendament seems to me that is implied in article F as it stands.
