Contacting Peer - for #$%$# sake - FIX THIS!

Yes, the title says it all and I'm guessing ANYONE that has played multiplayer or even just been in the lobby for multiplayer knows exactly what I'm talking about. You can't go more than 15 minutes there without someone complaining they get stuck on a peer in 9 out of 10 games they try to join.

My question to Firaxis - Why isn't this fixed so long after I have PAID FOR a (supposedly) beta tested and final release version of this game?

Get this fixed or post here how we are able to return our games to you for a full refund. I tried to return my copy to the place I purchased it from (Walmart) three days after I bought it and the store wouldn't do it since the software had been opened. So am I out $ 50.00 for a non working product? How can I return this garbage?

More people need to be asking this question. It will let software manufacturers know that releasing buggy products isn't acceptable by the purchasing public. So - How do I get a REFUND - or do you plan on fixing this issue right away?

I agree, they are filthy liars and we should boycott any future games they produce. I am sick and tired of buying half-made games, I don't care what the poor ittle dev's circumstances are with their publisher. There is no excuse.

Preparing to get flamed by a bunch of dev lovers who have money to burn and who couldn't possibly expect a game to work completely when it's bought. I wonder if the same people would be angry if they bought a car and when they got it home they found out it didn't have brakes or something, or if they bought a TV and found it had a bug that kept it on one channel?
