Anyway to avoid going off topic:

I recommend prawns they're super easy to cook, boiling water in a pot, and some curry sauce and rice. Decent-ish meal.

if you have an oven:

salt/pepper chicken, wrap in foil. bake at 375. enjoy.

salt/pepper salmon, wrap in foil. bake at 375. pour some lemon juice on it. enjoy.
