Correct Starting Positions for the Mac

Can anyone out there tell me how to get all the civs in the correct starting position? It's pretty darn lame that this isn't a default option for the game the way it was in Civ II. I know that the PC crowd has a handle on this with the CPT.exe in conjunction with CPF files. Are there mac users out there that can help? We should get our fair shot at playing in geographically correct worlds.
