"Could Not Load Initial Game Data"

Hello everyone. My problem is that when I try to load a singleplayer save, nothing happens. It just returns back to the previous page. And when I try to load a multiplayer save, it gives me a message box saying "Could not load initial game data". So far, I couldn't load a save, not even once. Though I can play a multiplayer save when I am not hosting.

I currently have BTS 3.19 by the way...

I really appreciate if you could fix my problem. But thanks, nevertheless.
