Could Spain be ok with the right type of map?

to do well with spain make a tiny map with tons of natural wonders (you can have multiple) and play in a non mod game.

I once played an immortal game with spain where immediately downriver from Madrid was mount Fiji and 3 wine tiles and a little further on, Cerro de potosi and 2 sugar tiles. I won that game pretty handily especially thanks to the crazy culture from my culture-barcelona
