CQUI has been updated to work with the current version of the game, and is released on the Steam Workshop in a new location:

Why New Steam Workshop Location?
We unfortunately did not have any luck in contacting the person that uploaded the previous iteration of this mod. As it appears the Steam Workshop only allows a single user be an uploader for a mod, we found a new uploader.
Can This Be Used With Existing Saves?
Yes. We did not have to change the Mod ID when uploading it with this new account, so the mod can be used with existing saves.
What Should Be Done?
1. Unsubscribe from the CQUI last updated in 2019 (Link to Steam Workshop Entry)
2. Subscribe to this CQUI Workshop Entry (link above).
3. Ensure the new CQUI is enabled (the description will state CivFanatics Version: Updated May 2020)
Where is the Source Code?
The source code has been moved to a CivFanatics repo on GitHub:

We are very much looking for more folks to contribute. Personally, this mod is worth all of the gold just for the City Management screen alone, so bringing it back to life is very satisfying.
What is Changed?
- Customization of the Diplomacy Ribbon was removed, as the version that ships with the game now contains the same information.
- Up-to-date version of More Lenses is integrated
- Various Fixes to get it working with the Fall 19 and Spring 20 updates.
- Some work to try and make the mod more resistant to breaking when a new patch is released (ongoing work)
- Unit Report Screen had not been working for some time, so it is officially disabled. We will create an issue on the GitHub to investigate re-adding this (including finding the author and gaining their permission to do so!)
All of the other stuff - trade screen, diplomacy screen, city banners, city production queue, etc... those all work.
