Crash when moving embarked units

I'm trying to move a fairly large number of naval units across a sea for a war. I have no mods but I have all of the Civ V DLC and the most up to date Civ V on Steam.

When I try to move certain embarked units the game crashes. In the save file I have attached if you try to move some of the embarked units towards Hong Kong (my own Assyrian city) then it should CTD, or at least, it does on my machine. This crash can be reproduced 100% of times on my machine and it is so severe that I can no longer continue my game.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the city "Hong Kong"
2. Find the nearby embarked units to the *east*
3. Select the soldier near the inquisitor
4. Move it directly west towards Hong Kong
5. If that fails, try moving all of the units directly west, towards Hong Kong, or some other similar movement pattern

I've tried playing around it but I cannot find a combination that does not crash the game, I have tried verifying the cache, and this reports 100% validation, I do not know where to find a useful log, and will be trying on another machine soon.

The file is here since it is slightly too large for the forum.

It isn't happening on my laptop. My PC version seems to have many more issues than my laptop, so I will play around it using my laptop, but I will stick around to answer questions and test this save further if anybody needs me to.

Can't reproduce the crash on my desktop system. Since you've already verified the cache, I suggest updating your video drivers. If you post your DxDiag file (see here for instructions), we can offer more advice. Thanks!

(The folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V contains .mdmp files that log the game crashes. If you can't fix the problem by updating your drivers, you might want to zip one of these up and post it here. These crash dump files are useful to the developers.)

The newest drivers for me are beta, and my experience with AMD is to not do anything more advanced than install. The Linux drivers are an absolute joke. I have the 13.04 drivers for my Windows system though which are currently the up to date drivers.

Here is a pastebin of my DxDiag results.

As for a crash dump; there does not appear to be one in the Civ file root directory (I do have extentions enabled).

Thanks for the help, if I get more information or a dump I'll post it.
