Crashes when signing up an account

For some reason my game crashes every time i try and creat an account through the game. Sometimes its once i;ve created an account and try to log in. The ball thing just rotates for ever and ever. I cant even exit the game with Alt + Tab, i have to restart.

if "the ball thing" (which is a compass) is turning, it's loading. Sometimes it takes awhile. And also try Ctrl+Alt+Delete or the Windows button between them when you think it freezes.
