Crashing at startup.

I installed the game...
Started loading the game. When the game gets to the INIT MP/ VOICE check it totally kills my computer and the computer reboots itself.
I have applied all the patches.
System is Intel P4 CPU 2.67GHz, GeForce 6200 TurboCache(TM) video card with 1GHz of RAM. WinXP with S2pak. My computer is 2 weeks old.

So then I uninstalled the game and installed the demo version.... same thing
Total system failure.

Does this have something to do with my BIOS setup or my videocard?

I've spent 2 days trying to get this game going.... with no luck.

one more thing. When I go into system information and look up system errors this is what i get:
