Created map, used mod buddy, worked, made map more complex diddnt work???

Hello,

I am new to Civ 5 and would very much appreciate if someone could clear something up for me. I created a map in world builder. Created a simple map with start locations and units. I then used mod buddy. I loaded it and it worked. Then i went back to it, added more civilizations and units and start positions. Used mod buddy and turn on Civ 5. I go to mods, single player, set up game, chose my map, click scenario option, and start game. The screen never switches over to the load screen where it shows your Nations leader and nation description. It just stays on the set up game screen and has the spinning world showing that it is trying to load something. It never ends up working? Any Ideas anyone?? Please : ) Thanks alot

you must of added some wrong stuff in modbuddy, and it could be anything

what you need to do to find your problem is revert to your original scenario, then load modbuddy, and add your changes one at a time. more often than not it's some missing < > or some other syntax like that.

xml is cumbersome like that for manual editing
