Creating/editing traits?

I've been looking for any part of the XML that mentions traits, but I can't find anything. Can someone tell me how to alter or add new traits to BtS, if even possible?

Check XML\Civilizations\Civ4traits.xml - or something like that (and check warlords - there were no new traits in bts from whai remember

You'll need to go into one of the XML TextInfos files and create an entry for a new trait if you don't want it to have the same name as other traits.
