Crediting Content?

In making a mod I have used Wikipedia articles for the history. The necessary credit is a URL. Is putting it in the XML files enough? Where should I put it?

Um I'm sure you don't have to credit Wikipedia. This is a free mod. No one is going to sue you for creating it.

Good point. I guess comments in the XML is enough then.
