Oh, right. The zoom-in on the eye in Clinical Immortality. That is rather creepy.

Let me think.

1. Dream Twister.
2. Clinical Immortality.

The Citizens' Defense Force, Cloning Vats, Self-Aware Colony, Bulk Matter Transmitter, and Singularity Inductor have their chilling attributes, as well.

I agree with this guy. But I think clinical immortality is quite freaky with that brain and the eyes on it. Dream Twister would fall just behind, if not then they're tied.

Nano-factory always reminded me of that McGuyver episode with all the ants that eat people...
But apart from that, I think I've seen the entirety of the Dream Twister video exactly once in my 10 years of playing the game.
