CTD after a load in Desert War

On the Desert War mod, i keep crashing on turn 132 (week1, august 1943). I've tried all i could find in the forum but i can't get it to work.
I also tried deleting the event occuring on that turn ("war in italy") from the CvDesertWar.py file.
I've read all the logs and can't find anything relevant, there are some messages but i don't think they're about my problem

Does anyone have stuff on crashes that happen like this?
