whenever the game is about to show a video it just crashes to desktop, i just updated my graphics drivers aswell and it is still doing it. also trying to update my game just causes my game to crash and do nothing.

i just uninstalled my game and re-installed it and after it installed a error report comes straight up. it allows me to play the game perfectly fine, its just when a video starts during a game.

ok it says,

open you civilizationIV.ini and set
nointromovie = 1

if that does not help you'd probably need to turn off ingame videos...

hmmm i think ill just turn in game vids of seems the best option, thanks for ur help anyway
