CTP II Strategy Guide

Does anyone know where to find a GOOD strategy guide on the net for CTP II ???
Have been searching the net for a descent website for CTP II but can't find anything !!!
Activision doesn't seem to want to have anything with the game to do and the same with Infogrames/Microprose... :-(
There isn't much at Apolyton either :-(

There probably isn't anything for what you're looking for. CTP II never really took off, even though it was much better than Civ II, and possibly (when modded) better than civ III
