Does anyone have or know where I can find a list of all the civs that are culturally linked? TIA.

Medi: Rome, Greece, Egypt, Byz, Carthage
Europe: France, England, Spain, Germany, Austria, Russia
Northern Europe: Holland, Vikings, Celts
Middle east: Arabia, Zulu, Persia, Ottoman, Babylon, Hittite, Sumeria
East asia: India, China, Japan, Korea
American: Iroquois, America, Aztecs, Inca, Maya

I'm not sure about the European thingies, though.

The Austrians, since when did they enter Civilization? I assume you play normal Civ3 Grey_Pilgrim, if you do then stop reading behind the brackets ;)

American: Americans, Aztecs, Iroquois (C3C: Incans, Mayans)
Asian: China, Indian, Japanese (PTW: Mongols, Korean)
European: English, Russians (PTW: Celts, Carthagians, Viking; C3C: Portugese, Dutch)
Mediterranean: Greek, Romans (PTW: Spanish; C3C: Byzantines)
Middle East: Babylonians, Egypts, French, Germans, Persians, Zulus (PTW: Arabs, Ottomans; C3C: Sumerians, Hittites)

The Austrians come with C3C, but cannot be played with the default rules because there is only room for 31 civs. In the editor, you'll see an Austria civ, Militaristic, Industrious, UU Hussar, a 7.3.3 cavalry replacement.

I failed to see any difference with the list I posted 2 hours before  .

What do you have to do to enable the Austrian civ?
