To win the game by cultural victory, I must have 100.000 of cultural value, and double any other cultural value's rival civilization. But, how can I know the cultural value of the rival civilizations? F5 or F8 (with cultural combobox choosed) don't work (Civ3 1.29f). Does somebody know how to know that?

(From the editor) If they are "admirers of", the cultural ratio is 2:1. So if all civs are in awe of or admirers of, you're good to go. :)

Also, in Conquests, there is a "Victory Status Screen" that will show the civ that has the closest 1 city culture and total civ-wide culture.

They don't measure. That's too inaccurate. What you do is take a magnifying glass, and count the pixels.

Ah, but they don't measure the screen. They measure on the screen. ;)

That takes to long, what you do is check with the forign advisor, if they are admirers of or better you're in good shape.

But then would your results not varry based on monitor size and resolution? Clearly the only way to get a truly accurate measurement is to get into the code and view the game on the binairy level.

No, because all you need to do is find the exact ratio, and as we all know, ratios are not dependant on screen resolution.

Why rely on some crude guestimate of a ratio when you can have your answers in cold hard code?
