I'd like to see an African cultural style added for one, along with a few additional African civs (Abyssinia/Ethiopia for example) and possibly a differentiation between North and Central/South American native civs.
I'd also like to see (this should be optional, it should have an on/off button) that trys to have the ratio of the variou cultural styles to fit more equally or at least to the areas assigned to them on the map (IE, more American civs on a large land mass, a ton of Middle Eastern on a large landmass/area, etc)
This would allow for a lot of Euro-Mediterranean civs without having them be the most common in the game either.
Religion should also (even if not named, or: German religion, American religion etc) connect better between civs of the same culture group... and diplomacy would likely work better between civs with similar religions.
