Custom leader head info

I have figured out how to have a static image show of a leader head, but only with the leader graphics setting on minimum.

Has anyone had any luck on editing the animation?

Very curious, myself! That was one of the first things I wanted to tweak when I heard of the Civ V modability. I always thought adjusting their backgrounds and lighting to reflect mood would be cool.

I guess he said if you put leader graphics setting s to minimum the leader will show up as that static image from the loading game screen? Would this be the default behaviour? Because I never saw a leader screen with minimum settings (I can't test it right now). If that is right maybe it's something moddable when we get the core sdk.
