- a leader name
- a Civ description
- a short description or name
- an adjective to describe nationality.

I'd suggest:
1) King Kong? (punctuation required)
2) The Locopotamian Empire
3) Locopotamia
4) Loco

King Kong seems cool to me, unless anyone else has any ideas. We have until Wednesday the 29th. So almost a full week.

Yeah, my mistake it's on the 1st. I was using my fingers to count and didnt check the calendar.

I think Regentman is hoping to have all entries in by the 2nd.

I agree with Koon and would suggest a poll on teh subject to close on the 28th
