A belated requirement if any.
For scenarios/mods it could be nice if customized screens or movies could appear after the scenario is selected (this is mostly for screens but Bebro has created his own intro movie for his X-com mod). The way it is now you have to replace these files (and replace them back afterwards) and start Civ3 a new. Too bad because it is a very nice way of customizing the game and many creators out there would love to do these screens....
