That's why I quit alliances. After that incident with the two wimps ganging up on me before, I decided no more. And of course, because the bastards that forced the site to close down, those punks got to rebuild so now they're too strong for me to attack again.

They pretty much had no choice, the Initiative already hates them and would never even bother with a fake surrender this time (after GWII, the "surrender" for LUE involved many attacks and raids afterwards).
EDIT: ODN has also surrenderd to TI. They have to pay $288,000,000 to GOONS and another $100,000,000 to EACH TI alliance they broke a NAP with.
They won't be doing much rebuilding for a long time.

Nice, ODN surrendered. Amazingly the war ended with us having better relations then before. Too bad for CDS though...

You're not missing anything. I'd say join in a year. Or join now and stay out of the way of politics and build up. The NPO + TI will be defeated before mid-2008. They have shown their true side. Nay, they FLAUNT it.
