If you just got a new account there's no point in people giving you tech d.highland, you should be selling it to bloated fat year old nations like mine for bottom dowwar prices As tech is very cheap when you are a young nations and very expansive once you get alot of it.

1 Mil is cheap for 50 tech. The usual price is 1.2 or 1.1. The internalised NPO price is 1.1m Francos for 50. This is a fair price and helps both our larger and smaller nations.

I'm at the 5k jump now :S its very scary.
