Is there anyway to change the light level in CivIV? I have looked around but could not find a reference to that, but I have not delved into the SDK yet. The ideal would be a way to change the light level as the game progresses.

I would be interested to know this too.

I am very sure, it can be achieved without SDK moding (both Final Frontier and Afterlife do change (reduce) the lighning and none of them have a custom DLL).

I tired digging into they XML, but wasn't able to figure out how exactly
