Altered the scenario. Now you both have starting techs and normal colours! You have the same password.

Hmm, what was I thinking playing India on beyond Deity againt DaveMcW?

Well the war lasted a little while and for some stupid reason I made peace. I thought that the traditional enemy bonus didn't happen until the second time you went to war, and when I ended it my capital rioted.

So now I know, 'traditional enemy' bonus applies from the very first war.
