DDS problem

Hello

I started working on my 'USSR Civ' mod, and immediately encountered problems! I got the civ itself somewhat working for now, even though it's nothing too special.

However, I made a soviet flag with PSP and converted with DXTBMP, and the flag shows up totally yellow in the game. Even though I followed Jecrell's tutorial like it said... then again, I haven't ever messed with alpha channels before Even though the other new DDS' show up properly.

So, can anyone see what's wrong with the DDS?
