Barbatos is within my borders (at peace) an i would like to kill him and grab the death node. There are no other barbs in neutral territory that i can get to and my only neighbour (bannnor) is a closed border - is there a keyboard hotkey to force combat? or another method (i have no area effect spells)?
Any harmful spell will cause war, doesn't have to be AoE in my experience. Wither or anything of the like can target them and force war. Typically how I start out when I research infernal pact and become the infernals on a mainly barbaric continent.
