Apparently if I put you in check again it will be a draw...I will have to think abit more about my next move. Feel free to post if you agree that it will be a draw with the next check.

Well, yes, if I move back to a6. I´m not absolutely sure, but 3 times the same move in a row means a draw. The thing I don´t know is whether the moves have to be exactly right.

So if I move to a8 instead, that could invalidate the draw, but the tedium would continue.
Better do something else instead!
