In democracy's description, it says it increases production.... I don't see any increase while using it.... forest still make 2 shields, shielded grasslands still 1...

The increased commerce is there, like in republic.

Damn democracy isnt that great anymore. I thought it was god when I read it.

It increases production indirectly - it has the lowest corruption of all the governments.

It increases worker productivity, not production. Workers go 50% faster.
