Desprate: Wierd CTD

I have an odd ctd that i have not seen anyone else decribe, here it is.
\my crash usualy happens during the game when i try to move the units my cursor freezes then the ctd occurs, also if i dont play the game and just let it sit it still crashes. This has been happening non stop even after the fixes recomended by steam forums. Sometimes it happens on turn 5 sometimes i can wait as long as turn 400, but no matter what it happens. Also, at first when i aplied the reinstalling of dx11 and c++ fix it stoped the crashes for almost 480 turns, but now its worse then ever. I am not a computer person, so i can not figure out what is going on with the game. If anyone has the same problem and knows a fix please post a reply. Thank you.

Apparently random crashes could be anything, software or hardware. Start checking the hardware
Video card temperature is OK?
You could check your memory for errors by running memtest overnight .
What are the brand/specs of your PSU?

And of course you could have messed up your win and/or civ installation, you could try a clean install of your drivers and a reinstall of Civ
