Destroying buildings in a captured city?

Wondering if anyone knows how to destroy unwanted buildings in a captured city.

I hate capturing a city after I've built the Three Gorges Damn and there's a coal plant in it.

Any one?

Well it doesn't actually make any difference, since the coal plant doesn't give a health penalty if the city has an alternative power source (e.g. the Three Gorges Dam). There isn't a way to remove them in game, but I think there's a mod for it somewhere.
