Devil's Advocate: is this the end of creativity in Civ?

guys can you help me to find the python file and the wrapper in the sdk for the windows where the user comunicate with the Diplomat ??
 
has any body thought about the direction that gaming is going,MOH ,Spore due out any day..oh Wait late this year...umm sometime in 08..any way gaming is going in the direction of being Internet driven..and i really don't see how Firaxis wont jump on the band wagon.
Looking at it as a civ world than every decision will have a player behind it ,one turn broken down to many turns as you deal with science leaders ,military leaders and so on all driven by an actual person behind a computer monitor.
Abstractly you could say that civ ceases to be a game with rules and regulations that a player has to play within and turns into an ever evolving game where technology ,government trade and diplomacy has loose parameters that the AI looks at how other players interact as a base model on how it plays ,if it even has a role in the game .
If this ends up being the case then civil war ,tech trees and general discussions in this direction just become a moot point
