DG5: Should we have deputies?

A previous poll was already held, and its result was that deputies will be the runner-up in the election. It was pointed out, rightly so, that this decision was premature because we hadn't actually decided whether to have deputies at all.

This poll is to determine if we will continue the tradition of having deputies. A yes vote means we will have deputies, with the runner-up in elections being the default method of filling deputy positions.

I would vote yes if I knew that a citizen could only hold one elected office like we did in DG3. Since that poll is concurrent with this one, I abstain.
