I recently re-downloaded BE w/ RT and now if I click on the diplomacy button, or even if I meet another sponsor and the first meeting dialogue menu comes up, the game freezes. Not only does it freeze but there are no buttons visible on the diplomacy/dialogue screen itself, along with it missing the leader's animation. Yes I've tried Esc.
Playing with Rising Tide, I play on high graphics (I've tried lowering too), tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking for updates, validating game files, playing full vanilla, even purging my mod subscriptions/downloads from my files but nothing is working. Any help?
