Did anyone ever fix/or find a soultion to the error when you zoom out to the world map, it will be glitchy? I didn't know what to search on the forums to find this question... Is this just a game bug even in the new patch? I think I remember hearing to downgrade (nvidia) video drivers, but I'm not going to do that...

You could try Harks memory patch or you might load bluemarble terrain graphics and they have a separate program that allows you to take out the clouds. That might help when you pan out.

In my case upgrading my nVidia drivers fixed this problem. I have a 6800GT and use the 81.95 drivers.

Blue marble/ civscale works for me. Those clouds really slow it down.
