Did hte re-name option for units disappear?

I don't know when it happened, but it seems I can't rename the units anymore.... what version did that happen on?

Or am I missing something?

On Conquests. Or if you already have Conquests then it might be turned off in the prefs menu, it's called advanced unit buttons or something
