Difference Between the Levels

I know this has been mentioned but I can't find it back, So if some of you could show me where, or even explain it clearly ... Would be appreciated... so here's the Question...

What are the differences BEetween the different levels...
For example ... I know for sure that the player have some Bonus at the chieftain level... but what are they ...
NAd, in my opinion ... The AI must be getting Bonus from the Monarch level since they're always Way ahead in Techs and number of cities in urly games...
I can have an easy conquest Victory at regent but my monarch games aren't succesfull at all ... the AI also seems more agressive in the Urly game at the monarch levels.... So if you could tell me what bonus The player or The AI get at the different difficulty levels... cause I don't know....
