Diplo Game II, who wants?

1) which civ (tot or mge): MGE
2) if 1 of us isn't present in 1 session, the AI can play for that player and then the player can return next session? NO, the AI would mess up everything as it's far too agressive, tactically too stupid and diplomatically disasterous
3) if, during a session, the phone line of a player crashes, is that player be able to return in the same session? I hope it doesn't happen, but as long as the host stays online the game can be halted until the disconnected player rejoins the game.

P.S. If I'm not wrong, GMT means Greenwich Main Time. Almost

I would like to play also, but I may not be able to play a few Sundays in July due to FTX. I live in Germany, I have ICQ, and am a relative Newcomer to multiplayer. But I have played Civ for ten years and can get by. I like peaceful games especially, so maybe I could get in???

If my scheduling is too much of a problem, then I have no problem if you deny me.

P.S. I would like to be the Germans if possible
