I haven't seen this anywhere else.
For some reason, I cannot get more than 5 gold per turn when I intiate a deal with the AI. If I select their GPT, it defaults to 5. Fine, I type in the maximum, say 85 GPT and hit enter. If I mouse over their "offer" it says they have no GPT left to offer. Sweet, right? Wrong. I offer my goodies, tech or whatever, they graciously accept and when I look at my GPT, it only increases by 5. GO back to the diplomacy window with that leader and their GPT to offer only decreases by 5. Needless to say, I have boned myself giving away great techs this way.
Anyone know what this is all about? Same issue? Resolution, maybe?
